Design & Planning
If you already have architectural plans, we will move directly into the estimating phase. If not, our in house architects and designers will collaborate closely with you to create custom plans tailored to your lifestyle, site conditions, and aesthetic preferences. We handle every detail from floor plans and elevations to material selections to ensure that the design reflects your needs and the spirit of California living.
Detailed Estimating & Proposal
Once the design is finalized, our estimating team prepares a comprehensive proposal outlining all construction phases, materials, and costs. We believe in complete transparency. No hidden fees and no surprises. Every line item is clearly defined so you understand exactly what to expect before construction begins.
Permitting, Pre-Construction & Build
After approval of the proposal, we handle the entire permitting process from start to finish, coordinating with city departments, utility agencies, and consultants to secure all required approvals. Once permits are issued, we begin construction. AM Pro Construction manages every phase with precision, scheduling, and strict quality control, and a dedicated project supervisor is on site from the first day to the last. You receive consistent updates, on site walkthroughs, and clear communication throughout the build, ensuring your project progresses smoothly and on schedule.
Completion & Client Care
When construction is finished, we conduct a thorough final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets our standards and yours. We address any final adjustments and make sure your home is fully ready for move in. Even after completion, our team remains available for ongoing support, guidance, and maintenance needs to ensure your home continues to perform beautifully for years to come.
